Ashley: Hi there. And welcome to the digestive health for women podcast. The show that teaches you how to nurture your gut. I'm your host, Ashley St. Clair owner and nutritionist at. With Ashley. And today we're going to talk about my education background and what I do with my business. We're also offering listeners a special surprise at the end, so be sure to listen all the way through for the details.
Okay. So a little bit about me. I'm married with two kids. I have two dogs and a cat. We live in north Texas where we enjoy playing outside when the weather is nice, which if, you know, north Texas summers can be rare and we enjoy doing projects around that. I enjoy working out with my dear friends and reading anything I can get my hands on, especially if it involves food or nutrition. I'm a former science teacher and I decided to go back to get a master's of science in nutrition from Lamar university I also decided to become a nutritional therapy practitioner at NTA. I'm always learning and taking new continuing education classes so I can add to my business and help clients better when it comes to my business. I own Wellness with Ashley. And I love being a detective and looking for patterns to find the root causes of my client's symptoms. I help clients address digestive symptoms, such as constipation, diarrhea, and bloating, as well as things like fatigue, brain fog, poor sleep, and just feeling drained.
I recommend nutrition and lifestyle changes as well as supplements. So that's a little bit about me just to give you a taste and next week, I'll talk a bit more about me, my health journey and how I've worked my way through that health journey. Okay.
So now for the fun part, I have a free guide called how to get rid of bloating available on my website www.wellnesswithashley.com, which I'll make sure to link in the show notes. I also started a free Facebook group to help women who are looking to nurture their gut, feel supported and learn all about digestive health. If this sounds like a community you'd love to be a part of jump on over and be one of the founding members. I'll make sure to link it in my show notes. And I'll talk to you next week.
